Andrea Towler, the front desk receptionist for a small financial planning firm, had finally had one bad hair day too many.

"I also learned to be gentle with my wet hair," she added. "So I never EVER brush my hair until it's dry. And I use a wide tooth comb for tangles."

"Finally I avoid heated tools as much as possible. And when I have no choice but to use them I always apply some heat-styling protectors!"
