Mobley found it tough going initially when looking for medium hairstyles and cuts. But once she took a look online, or in the fashion magazines she found in the magazine rack at the library, she found an embarrassment of riches. All sorts of choices she never knew existed for medium haircuts.

"You have no idea. All of a sudden it became so much easier to decide what style was going to suit me once I finally got some appealing medium hair-cut ideas," revealed Alyssa. "I had a great time checking out medium haircut styles. Layered hair looks so good I knew I was going to have to get my hair done that way."

Other looks that Alyssa liked included a medium soft bob.

"Here the hair is cut and styled to curve in towards the face. And soft waves really make this a very feminine alluring hairstyle," she said.

"Then there's a shorter style," Mobley continued. "With hair falling just below the jawline, dead straight with a little curving in at the ends. That look seriously interested me. Who knows, once I get tired of my layers, you might just see me with my hair done that way."

Medium hair cuts offer some great options. You can put up your hair in a scrunchie, or a clip for an updo, or you can just leave it hanging loose.
