Chelsea Sentz loved her healthy, gorgeous, long hair. Yet the 26 year old bank teller freely admitted she didn't have time for any fancy hair styles for long hair. At least not on work days.

"I need to be able to quickly create a great hairstyle each day without a lot of work," Chelsea said. "Plus it's important to me to pull that off without causing damage to my longer hair. And it's all the better if I can shift from business casual to a classic look quickly and easily."

"Luckily there are many easy and fast hairstyles that work well with long hair like mine."

Tip: Long hair lovers should avoid any kind of products with "cone" on the label. Like silicone, dimethicone. Even though such hairstyling aids can make your hair super shiny, not to mention soft, they can be hard on long hair.

"Now," Sentz continued, "if it's a down long hairstyle day for I can wear it curly or go the opposite direction and straighten it some."

"Other days I may go with some kind of pony tail to pull the hair off my face. Can you see why I just love cuts and styles for long hair? F-l-e-x-i-b-i-l-i-t-y!"

"Easy long hair updos don't take a lot of effort either," she added. "You know some variation of the bun. All it takes it two medium-sized pike clips will hold a bun in place."

"Another of the cute easy hairstyles for the long haired is the French Twist. Not necessarily great for work but such a style can work very nicely and is wonderful for any classy dress up event."
